There are two routes. HighLevel's native "eject to a new agency" is started by the agency that owns your sub-account — from their agency level, and confirmed with their password. If that isn't available to you, Super Migrator copies your assets out of the source account and into a destination account you control. It only needs a login you already have — no agency action required.
Yes. HighLevel's official eject must be initiated by your agency, but Super Migrator doesn't need that button. As long as you can log into the account, you can copy your own workflows, funnels, sites, contacts and more into a new account you own — on your own timeline, not theirs. Ejecting converts a sub-account inside an agency into its own independent agency account. Per HighLevel's docs it runs from Agency Level → Sub-Accounts → Manage Client → Actions → Transfer Sub-account; a nominated user becomes the new agency owner on the $97/month plan, and the agency owner confirms with their password.
No. Most assets — contacts, funnels, workflows — transfer, but phone numbers, A2P registration, third-party integrations and SaaS settings do not. You'll rebuild those on the new account either way.
HighLevel's native eject can't transfer multi-location agencies. Because Super Migrator copies at the asset level, that limitation doesn't apply to it.
Phone numbers can't be moved through the API by any tool — whether you use the native eject or Super Migrator, moving numbers between sub-accounts is handled by HighLevel Support via a request. Super Migrator doesn't migrate phone numbers, A2P, or third-party integrations.
Super Migrator only copies what's already visible to the account you log into — the work you built and have legitimate access to — into a destination you own. It doesn't bypass anyone's permissions or reach into an account you can't already see. It's the difference between reclaiming your own work and waiting indefinitely for someone else to hand it over.
What actually happens when you run a migration.
Most migrations finish in minutes. Larger accounts with lots of workflows take a little longer, but you're picking and clicking — not rebuilding by hand.
Install the extension, enter your license key, open your source account and tick the assets you want, then pick your destination and click Migrate. Super Migrator copies your selections — plus the dependencies they rely on — into the new account.
No. As long as you can log into the source account, Super Migrator reads what you can access and copies it into your destination — no snapshot to wait on, and nothing to rebuild by hand.
Login access to both the source account you're moving from and the destination account you're moving into, plus the license key for the migration you bought. That's it.
The license only locks to a source/destination pair after the first successful copy, so you can correct a wrong pick before then. If a run stops midway, just re-run it against the same pair whenever you're ready — there's no time limit, already-copied items are skipped, and you're never charged twice.
